Region A Journeyman rate is $33.80 effective 05/01/10 through 04/30/11
Region B Journeyman rate is $29.36 effective 05/01/10 through 04/30/11
Region C Journeyman rate is $24.67 effective 05/01/10 through 06/30/10
Region C Journeyman rate is $25.92 effective 07/01/10 through 04/30/11
