$51.075 (Journeyman time and one-half rate) $68.10 (Journeyman double time rate) Leadman (two employees or less) $1.00 per hour above Base Wage Rate. Foreman (three employees or more) $2.00 per hour above Base Wage Rate. General Foreman $4.00 per hour above Base Wage Rate. *Savings Plan Deduction ($3.25 per hour) The Employer is required to deduct 4% of the employee's gross wages, as a working dues check-off deduction. This 4% working dues check-off deduction shall not apply to per diem, subsistence, mileage or bonus payments made to the employee. **The Contract Administration Fund (C.A.F.) contribution of $.04 per hour is a voluntary contribution and is not included in any Total Package amount. This 4% working dues check-off deduction shall not apply to per diem, subsistence, mileage or bonus payments made to the employee. **The Employer agrees to contribute an additional ten cents ($0.10) per hour worked, over and above, the Total Package amounts set forth in this Agreement, for all bargaining unit work performed on sites covered by the North Dakota Construction Council (NDCC) and payable to the NDCC in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the July 1, 2010 Letter of Understanding Relating to the North Dakota Construction Council (NDCC) between the parties to this agreement. Trades Federal Credit Union to Building Trades Federal Credit Union and deletions of outdated language regarding the Contract Administration Fund.
